Class sizes are limited and are filled on a first come first serve policy.

Class fee is required at the time of enrollment.  You may register in person or by phone with a payment via check, cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

48 hour notice must be given to cancel a class.

Your class fee in nonrefundable if a 48 hour notice is not given.

If a class is cancelled due to size, we will be happy to refund your money.

Under normal circumstances, orders are filled within 4 business days.

We will ship orders only inside the United States.

We will choose the most economical means of delivery unless you state otherwise.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time the order is filled.

We offer custom framing to our in-state customers only.

We do however offer custom painted frames for our Craft Center Creation designs throughout the country.

Custom framing requires a deposit of 50% at time of order.

Normal turn around time is 2 1/2 weeks unless otherwise told when ordering.

We use acid free tapes and acid free foam core on all needlework designs.

We will hand lace for an additional fee.
