The gift series from Gingher are the same wonderful shears as the Collector's Series, which has been a favorite of seamstresses and stitchers for years. Both lines are made from the same mold, same material, include a leather sheath and a foil gift box. The difference lies in the finishing...the collectors series are individually hand finished. This series is not hand finished (few can tell the difference) and therefore is available at half the price.
